New Learn10 release

We have made a couple of changes to the widget. The most major of these will not impact on English speaking learners: now the interface of the widget appears in languages other than English for those who do not speak English.  Currently in our league of users - Spanish and French are the biggest languages - with those learning English coming in 4th -below Arabic.
